- Tech/Product Roles: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, etc.
- Other Roles: Marketing Specialists, Sales Executives, Customer Support Representatives, etc.
Referral Bonus Details
Bonus Amounts
The referral bonus amounts vary depending on the role and its level of seniority:

- Junior Level: $1,500
- Mid Level: $3,000
- Senior Level: $5,000

Eligibility Criteria
- The referring employee must be actively employed at Blast Motion at the time of the candidate's hire.
