Program Overview

The Blast Motion Referral Bonus Program is designed to reward employees who successfully refer candidates that are ultimately hired. The program applies to full-time positions across all departments, with a special emphasis on tech and product roles due to their critical impact on our business.

Eligible Roles

• Tech/Product Roles: Software Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, etc.
• Other Roles: Marketing Specialists, Sales Executives, Customer Support Representatives, etc.

Referral Bonus Details

Bonus Amounts

The referral bonus amounts vary depending on the role and its level of seniority:

• Tech/Product Roles:

  • Junior Level: $1,500
  • Mid Level: $3,000
  • Senior Level: $5,000

• Other Roles:

  • Junior Level: $1,000
  • Mid Level: $2,000
  • Senior Level: $3,000

Eligibility Criteria

• The referring employee must be actively employed at Blast Motion at the time of the candidate's hire.
• The referred candidate must be hired as a full-time employee.
• The referred candidate must successfully complete a 90-day probationary period for the bonus to be awarded.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral system before the candidate applies to the job.

Payment Process

• The referral bonus is paid in the paycheck following the successful completion of the referred candidate's 90-day probationary period.
• Bonuses are subject to applicable taxes and withholdings.
